Some individuals are sensitive to the psychoactive affects of Caffeine.

There are a few ways to combat this issue:

Consistent consumption (i.e. Daily)
Increasing your Caffeine dose throughout the week (i.e. 1 Cup > 2 Cups > 3 Cups)
Consume in combination with L-Theanine (in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio to Caffeine)

As you continue along with increasing your tolerance by doing some of these approaches over the span of a few days, lower doses will have little-to-no effect on you anymore. You have now successfully built up a better Caffeine tolerance.
